General Information and Rental Terms & Conditions
DRIVING LICENCE AND AGE
Minimum age 21 years with a valid driving licence held for at least 1 years except for Groups F,G where the minimum age is 25 years and a valid driving licence held for at least 2 years.
RENTAL PERIOD
The vehicles are rented on unlimited free kilometer basis.Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
LONG TERM RENTALS
Minimum period of rental is 1 month.Rates and conditions must be negotiated through our offices.
WHAT IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED?
All rental rates are inclusive of lubricant and maintenance expenses. Petrol and Value Added Tax at 15% ar on renter's account. If the car is not returned with a fuel , refuelling service fee is charced.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Necessary registration for additional drivers must be made at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise, the customer will take over all responsibilities.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Free delivery and collection is serviceable within city limits at office working hours. Thereafter a per kilometer charge is levied.
DELAYED RETURN
Rental perods are calculated on a 24 hour basis. If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required by cash at the time of rental.Major credit cards i.e. Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, Access are welcomed.
TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.
